Day 1: Kuala Lumpur/Own Departure Destination: Narita/Haneda (MOB)

• Own arrangement for flight
• Meal: Onboad
• Hotel: On Flight

Day 2: Narita/Haneda-Gogemba (L/D)

• Upon arrival, meet up with the representative Tour Guide at the Airport
• Transfer to Owakudani Valley
• Gotemba Premium outlet shopping  

Additional option: subject to the arrival time and booking comfirmation

• This day is additional day for playing golf ( for those customers would like to play additional golf )
• Meal: Gotemba India- Lunch/Hotel Dinner
• Hotel: Gotemba Hotel 

Day 3 (15 May): Gotemba Golf—Tokyo (B/L/D)

• 8.30 depart from hotel to golf course (Round 1) 
• Arrange to play 9 holes, break for lunch and continuing for the 9 holes ( About 4-5 hours)

For non-golfing customer 

• Visit to Lake Aishi for cruising
• Peace Park Garden

• 1530 Pick Up Customer from Golf course transfer to Tokyo 
• Meal: Hotel Breakfast/Lunch- Golf course/Dinner- Odaida Oven Restaurant
• Hotel: Tokyo Hotel

Day 4: Tokyo - Chiba Golf Course (B/L/D)

• 8.30 Depart from hotel to golf course (Round 2) 
• Arrange to play for 9 holes, break for lunch and continuing for the 9 holes (About 4-5 hours)

For non-Golfing customer (Different bus will be picking up for tour)

• Visit to Asakusa Nakimise shopping street (A place where you can get some Kimono or Shokun cloth)
• Ginza and Shinjuku

• Meal: Hotel Breakfast / Golf course / Dinner – Zauo Restaurant
• Hotel: Tokyo Hotel

Day 5 (17 May): Tokyo - Narita (B/L)

• 8.30: Check out hotel and depart to Tokyo 
• Tsukiji market: enjoy the freshest seafood meal by own
• Shisui Premium outlet for final shopping 
• Meal: Hotel Breakfast / Lunch at Tsukiji – Rebate JPY2000/person
• Hotel: Onboard
• Flight detail: NRT/KUL MH071 2230-0525+1

1. The tour fare or quotation quoted is based on current hotel and exchange rate and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. The enclosed quotation is offered without checking the availability of the hotel room. Upon written confirmation with deposit (50% of the tour fare) from your side, we will proceed with the tour fare quoted is valid for  booking before 31st January 2024.

BOOKING

• You warrant that (i) you are 18 years of age or older, and (ii) all information supplied by you during your course of using the Services is true, accurate, current and complete
• By asking us to confirm your booking with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the necessary documentation to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries to be visited.
• By sending a payment or /paying for your booking, you acknowledge that the terms and conditions are fully understood, and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions and responsibilities set forth.
• Our Tour Operator reserves the right to correct any errors in rates quoted/invoice or calculated, or any omissions made at any time during your booking. Even once payment has been paid in full but an error in price has been found, Our Tour Operator reserves the right to correct any error.
• Our Tour Operator reserves the right to modify the price in case of exchange rate fluctuation while we provide a quote or make a booking for you. We continue to modify exchange rate even after your booking is made. The price is only guaranteed only when a booking is confirmed, and a full payment is already paid.
• Our Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute hotels, vessels and other forms of accommodation with properties or vessels of a comparable or higher standard.
• Our Tour Operator provides live availability of the service, and the price is updated daily according to the exchange rate.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

• More than 115 days prior to departure: loss of 20% of Tour fees
• Between 114 days to 65 days prior to departure: loss of 50% of Tour Fees
• Between 64 days to 55 days prior to departure: 85% of total group price
• Within 54 days of departure: 100% of total group price
• Any ‘no show’: $100% of total group price
• After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your unwillingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on trip.
• We will not be liable to refund any loss or other costs you incur in connection with your booking that are unrecoverable

PAYMENT

• Deposit payment: 40% of Tour Fees to confirmed the booking.
• A deposit will secure your booking/seat; however, prices may change before you make the final payment.
• The final balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the confirmed tour commencement date.
